I’ve Not Received Credits For Many Songs I wrote – Kuami Eugene

Young and sensational Ghanaian singer and producer, Kuami Eugene has disclosed that he has served as a ghostwriter for most musicians in the country.

According to him, even though he had given the credit of authorship to some of the top musicians, most fail to acknowledge him.

The ‘Confusion’ singer who was speaking in an interview with Hitz Fm’s Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz said he cannot mention names since some credited him through hashtags.

Kuami further indicated that, he had charged some of them for the songs but ‘if I wrote if for you with regards to the friendship we have then I think I deserve credit.’ he added.

The fast-rising young genius also added that he was prepared by some legendary musicians in the industry for criticisms and so he hardly gets hit by critics.

He said:

‘I don’t receive much criticism. Getting them was something I was told to expect. I have met legends like Okraku Mantey, Kojo Antwi, so I have been told it will come.
