After several attempts to join the mainstream Ghanaian music phase, Dhat Gyal finally found her way after adequately making use of various social media platforms to promote her classic tribute song for the late Ebony.
With a number of super tunes, the dancehall musician, Born Ernestina Afari revealed in an exclusive interview with SVTV Africa’s host, Evans Amewugah that she met lots of male managers , with motives of having their way with her before helping her musical dreams. “It didn’t happen once but it kept reoccurring”.
”Being exposed to the internet, I constantly picked up management phone numbers I saw on Facebook and other platforms , and whenever I called they sound very funny and cagey. At a point I started going for their requested meetings with my sister which got most of them annoyed.” She said.
The “Any Man Na Man” sensational Afro Pop artist went on to lament bitterly on men spoiling young talents, trying to take advantage of them because of their positions and money.
