Super OD Goes To Rest On May 19, 2018

Ace actor and comedian, Super OD who passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, will be buried at Agona Abodom in the Central Region on May 19, 2018.

Born Asonaba Kwaku Darko, Super OD died at the Agona Swedru Government Hospital in the Central Region few days after he had complained of being under the weather.

The mortal remains of the super-talented actor will be laid in state on Friday 18th May, 2018. On the following day, the funeral rites will be held at Agona Abodom Funeral Grounds.

There shall also be thanksgiving service at the Central Presbyterian Church at Agona Abodom on Sunday 20th May, 2018.

Asonoba Kwaku Darko who rose to the prime of his acting career in the 1970s and also gained prominence in the 1990s for his comic roles in Ghanaian series, Akan Drama (cantata) on Ghana Television has left behind 15 children.

He was 84. May his soul rest in peace.
